Return Policy:

At www.buynailsdirect.com our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt of item(s). Damages or missing items must be noted on the Bill of Lading, which must also be signed by the freight driver for those items.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be received by us within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for ensuring that we have received his or her claim for damaged or missing items. Credit will not be issued until we have received and inspect condition of item. You have the option of exchanging the item(s), receiving a refund or use as store credit.

How to return or exchange an item:

 In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, call 877-859-4746.          

Place item in its original packaging into a shipping carton. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton. If you received a label in the email, stick the label and tape it to the carton.  We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms and Conditions:

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material,  blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.  

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. Buy Nails Direct is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from use of any merchandise bought from us.

No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Buy Nails Direct is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No Return/Exchanges On:

Promotional items, Special and Customized Order items, Spa pedicure and any accompanying furniture, Furniture, Vinyl Signs, Banners, Polishes

Refund policy:

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.

Please allow 15-30 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.  If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued within 15 business days from the date of return a restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all return items.  If terms and conditions are not met (see Terms and Conditions section below), we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 30%. Any refused return will be shipped back at customer’s expense.
